Effective Date: 04/16/2026

Company: Rev-Cycle

1. Overview

Rev-Cycle provides revenue cycle advisory and consulting services for medical practices. These services are designed to help identify billing issues, improve collections, and provide practical guidance based on real-world experience.

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Nature of Services

Rev-Cycle provides advisory and consulting services only.

We:

  • analyze billing data and workflows

  • identify areas where revenue may be lost or delayed

  • provide recommendations and guidance

We do not:

  • provide outsourced billing services

  • submit claims or interact with payers on your behalf

  • assume control of your billing operations

All implementation of recommendations is the responsibility of the client.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we aim to identify meaningful opportunities for improvement, results will vary based on:

  • billing processes and systems

  • staff execution

  • payer behavior

  • credentialing status

  • external factors outside our control

Except as explicitly stated in Section 4 (Guarantee), Rev-Cycle does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

4. Revenue Recovery Review Guarantee

For the Revenue Recovery Review, Rev-Cycle offers the following limited guarantee:

If we are unable to identify at least $1,000 in realistic revenue recovery opportunities during the session, the client will not be charged for that review.

This guarantee applies only when:

  • the client provides sufficient and accurate data for review

  • the session is completed as scheduled

  • the scope of the review is reasonably representative of the practice’s billing activity

Rev-Cycle reserves the right to determine whether the guarantee conditions have been met based on the information provided.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure services are effective, clients agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information

  • submit requested reports or claim examples in advance (when applicable)

  • participate in scheduled sessions

  • implement recommendations at their own discretion

Failure to provide sufficient information may limit the value of the engagement and void any applicable guarantees.

6. Fees and Payments

Fees for services will be communicated prior to engagement.

  • The Revenue Recovery Review is a fixed-fee service (currently $395 unless otherwise stated)

  • Additional services (e.g., Optimization Sprint, Advisory Support, Training) are scoped and priced based on the needs of the practice

All payments are:

  • due in advance unless otherwise agreed

  • non-refundable once services have been delivered

7. Scope of Engagement

Each engagement is limited to the agreed scope.

Rev-Cycle:

  • does not provide unlimited consulting

  • does not engage in open-ended work unless explicitly agreed

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement or fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Rev-Cycle shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption

  • decisions made or actions taken based on our recommendations

Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Professional Disclaimer

We do not provide:

  • legal advice

  • tax advice

Clients should consult appropriate professionals for matters requiring those services.
